I woke up and a misty world greeted me. The fog outside was intense and the darkening sky belied the coming dawn. The day I long anticipated was here. I crept into Rebekah's dark room and called her name. It was 7:30 a.m. but sleep was no longer a priority. She quickly donned her dress and still rubbing sleep from her eyes, she joined me outside in the foggy fantasy. I thought the dim light would hinder the photos, but I prayed and asked God to help me to know how to capture it best. 2 hours and close to 800 pictures later, I finally made my way back inside to continue my morning routine. It had been perfect.
